about

OVO studio was born as a space for creative exploration and colour play. Based in Vancouver, Canada our studio offers an ever-evolving body of exclusive art prints that focuses on quality and accessibility, while also being good for the planet.

Inspired by geometric forms, textiles, and mid-century design, our digital works make playful use of colour, space and form to create original compositions.

The love of colour is at the heart of our creations. We believe in its evocative power, and we use vibrant modern palettes to convey emotions and inspire joy.

Showcasing an interplay of shades and different textures, our prints are carefully crafted to create a sense of depth, inviting a closer view.

Sustainability and social empowerment practices are cornerstones of our philosophy. We are committed to giving back more than we take from the environment. We use responsible materials and production methods, in addition to helping regenerate natural ecosystems across the globe and providing meaningful wages to its communities.

Vanessa Ferrari is a Brazilian self-taught artist based in Vancouver, Canada. After developing a successful career in business, Vanessa decided to bring her creative passions to the forefront by founding OVO studio.

Vanessa's artistic journey began in her early years when she studied drawing and practiced classical ballet. Later in life, while developing her business career, she continued to cultivate her love for art through various creative outlets that spanned from textiles, jewelry making, to classic painting and, most recently, digital painting.

As a life-long learner, Vanessa enjoys the process of cultivating and mastering a new creative skill. Ultimately, her creative pursuits become an avenue for expression through colour. She draws inspiration from her Brazilian roots, her love for modernist architecture, the beauty of nature, and the vibrancy of modern palettes.

Her works are a reflection of her love for the abstract, and seek to translate the unique joy that comes from doing that which makes your heart full.
